The Circular Economy Technological Center (CircularTec) announced that it will teach a course on this same subject free of charge and without prerequisites, with the objective that each attendee develops skills to identify and connect the challenges and opportunities of the circular model.

The course “Introduction to the Circular Economy” is developed from a Latin American and Caribbean look, and for the same reason it already has members from the entire region. The first class will begin on Tuesday, July 9.

The circular economy is positioned as a fundamental alternative to guarantee market sustainability, to the at the same time that it is friendly to the environment.

The old slogan of “take, make and throw away” is relegated to the past, through new sustainable practices, such as reuse, repair and recycling of products and materials.

They will be four modules what this course will have: starting by teaching about the origins of the circular economy, its advances, the challenges, and then the opportunities.
