The level of service continues to be the option most valued by customers, according to distributors, with growth notable 58.6%. In this sense, 64% of those interviewed propose automating processes, investing in new logistics technologies and systems, and adopt e-commerce to directly improve service. High shipping and transportation costs, affecting 56% of those surveyed, They represent a significant barrier to operational efficiency in the sector. For 44%, critical concerns include cost and personnel management, as well as supplier sourcing.
