Olivia presents in Spain her Readiness to Change solution for predicting future scenarios in change management

The global company Olivia, specialized in organizational transformation consulting, presents its solution in the Spanish market Readiness to Change (R2C), a predictive tool that allows measuring the probability of success of a transformation process within a company. Built from Deepple technology, of which Olivia is a global partner, this solution uses current data analytics to project, through algorithms, the behavior of the organization in the future, predicting the strategies that will accelerate the change and the obstacles that can stop it.

“We use machine learning to determine which of all the variables analyzed will positively or negatively impact the probability of success of the transformation process, so that we can undertake the changes in a prospective, or proactive way, looking ahead to the future, and not retrospectively, being reactive to something that has already happened. This opens up an incredible field of action for Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the effective transformation of companies,” he emphasizes. Óscar Velasco, partner and Managing Partner for Spain at Olivia.

One of the highly impactful advantages offered by the R2C tool is the possibility of visualizing the interactions and influence capacity of the people who make up the organization at different levels, and identifying the profiles with a high predisposition that act as drivers of change. Likewise, it is also possible to explore the impact that certain changes in the business structure, rotations, expatriations, etc., will have on the rest of the teams.

“R2C offers us invaluable knowledge about how areas within a company interact or how it affects the movement of personnel from one department to another. For example, previously, if we decided to change the director from one department to another, we could not know how the decision would affect team relationships and efficiency. But today we can analyze these variables, simulate how they will impact the probability of success of the process and anticipate the propensity of future organizational behavior,” he explains. Gabriel Weinstein, Partner and Managing Partner for Europe at Olivia.

One of the fundamental aspects to successfully complete a change process of these characteristics is to promote the existence within the organization of an environment conducive to promoting transformation. This environment, according to Olivia, is made up of three dimensions of analysis: cultural and digital maturity, 21st century skills (soft skills) and environment for innovation. What R2C does is analyze the variables of these three dimensions and determine their level of balance, to know what aspects need to be addressed to mobilize change in the desired direction.

Olivia’s tool provides companies with insights into the psychosocial profile and creativity of their employees, the digital maturity of the organization and the readiness of teams to change, and facilitates the definition of action paths to optimize the path to achievement of change objectives.
