Additionally, Roca plans to implement SAP SuccessFactors to optimize training programs, manage global payroll and improve the employee self-service portal. Additionally, the company will use SAP Concur for travel expense management, thus integrating a complete suite of SAP solutions to improve its internal processes and increase operational efficiency.
