Abarth Racer’s Academy is the free proposal aimed at customers and users of the brand owned by Stellantis (linked to the sports versions of Fiat) that, starting in July, will offer a driving program at the Autódromo de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires so that everyone can learn about the sportiness and speed that the models offer.

These product handling sessions will be held starting next month, the brand said. “The Abarth is a vehicle that deserves to offer this different sports experience to the customer, dealers, and the press, where they can share these moments in a very safe space to work with these sports cars,” it said. For its part, Martín Scrimaglia, Brand Manager of Fiat & Abarth in Argentina, explained that the Abarth universe in the country is very large, since the brand was born in 1949, in Bologna, Italy and since that moment there have been cars in the country. In the short term, this action will reach around 300 Pulse and Fastback customers and in the future it will reach another 900 customers with the previous models.

“The first customers of the Abarth Pulse and the Fastback have an ambition for sportiness and track day, but, ‘they don’t exercise’, so we did two pilot tests and everyone came out fascinated and that encouraged us to create these days where they can exploit that passion, that taste they have. We found that the majority of customers have never set foot on a road course and being in the pits with the cars, the noise of the engines, the braking, the curves, is something completely different and ideal for these users of the brand.
