1.1K

It will debut on July 14, 2024

Through a ‘short’ shared by none other than the legendary Isle of Man racer, Guy Martin, Royal Enfield gives us a preview of the launch of the ‘Guerrilla 450’, a unit with a somewhat controversial name for certain regions due to their conflict issues and which may vary in some of them, including Colombia. Below, we will tell you preliminary details and the official presentation date.

Variant of the new Himalayan 450

Despite the delay in the global distribution of the long-awaited Himalayan 450, Royal Enfield continued its work of strengthening its portfolio by giving versatility to the new ‘Sherpa’ engine that equips the Himalayan 450 and that will now be shared with the new Guerrilla 450, which as a reminder is the new 452 CC liquid-cooled single-cylinder that delivers 40 horsepower and 40 Nm of torque.

Sneak Peek

In the very short video, full of quick shots, out of focus and smoke, both Guy Martin and Royal Enfield leave us in suspense about the new Gunner brand unit. From what little can be seen and from what the two-wheeled spies previously showed of the Guerrilla 450, we know that it will be a more urban-oriented scrambler-type motorcycle, without fairings, more conservative and simpler than the Himalayan 450, something very similar to what we currently have between the Himalayan 411 and the Scram 411.

Date of presentation

The new Guerrilla 450 already has a launch date and place: July 14 in the city of Barcelona, Spain and we will be very attentive to this great launch. We also inform you that Royal Enfield in Colombia has important announcements in the coming days, so don’t disconnect from La Revista De Motos.
