Last Thursday Arantxa del Sol (51 years old) had to end her affair and on Sunday she was able to cross the bridge of emotions where she opened up about the most intimate aspects of her experience and her life . Now she has been able to enjoy see yourself in front of a mirror to see how much his body has changed, in addition to enjoying a shower and a great feast of food.
The Asturian presenter’s time on reality TV has been a real swing of emotions. First she felt isolated because of her friendship with Ángel Cristo Jr, which made her a regular in the nominations. In fact, she was even expelled from it although she managed to remain in Limbo Beach until reunification occurred. Upon her return something happened that caused her enmity with Bárbara Rey’s son and in this last nomination he has not been able to with his rivals and returns to Spain to reunite with his family and friends.

One of the great rituals of the program is the one in which those recently expelled can see themselves in front of a mirror after many weeks without being able to do so. On this occasion the survivors will be almost two months old and His physical transformation is more than evident. However, each person has a very different reaction when it comes to seeing themselves for the first time and corroborating the changes in their body.
“God, how strong a mirror is, what a desire to see myself,” the survivor expressed as soon as she appeared in the place where she was in the mirror. As she lifted the cloth that covered him, she was able to see her legs first and then go up to her head. “My God, what legs,” she exclaimed when she saw herself so dark and so thin. “I’m a mess, It’s shocking to see these legs But well, I thought it was going to be worse,” he commented. “I may have lost 10 kilos,” she added as she turned around to see her full body in the mirror.

The second long-awaited moment for those expelled is the one when they can enjoy a great shower. “A real shower. What a joy please, I really wanted to….” he exclaimed before getting in and starting to turn on the water tap. “Warm water. Oh what a joy, soap and drinking water. How delicious, it smells clean,” he pointed out while letting all the soap fall over his body to remove the sand and salt from so many weeks.
However, he wanted to make an important reflection that demonstrates the harsh conditions in which he has been living. “How can you enjoy a shower so much?”, he wondered. “This may be, without a doubt, the most important shower I have ever taken in my life,” she added. In this way, she made clear the importance of that moment and how much she was enjoying it.
After finishing, he grabbed a towel to dry off, something he has also missed during this time. “God, a towel, what a treat, it smells clean,” she said as she dried herself and smelled it. Then she was able to look in the mirror to comb her hair. “What gray hair!” she exclaimed. “It’s nice to run a brush through your hair.”she concluded while combing her hair, a gesture that she had not been able to do properly for many days.

The third and last moment that the contestants look forward to is the one in which they can enjoy a great banquet. Furthermore, they do it without any time and eating as much as they want after eating coconut, rice and fish for almost two months. When the contestant has opened her eyes and has been able to see everything that was in front of her, he could not contain his tearswhich shows how bad it has been with hunger.
When she managed to overcome it, she could only be grateful. “What a beautiful table, oh please,” she said, not knowing where to start. “I will become addicted to eating with my hands,” she added while trying to eat with cutlery.
