Frank Cuesta is the well-known face who has had the least hesitation, at least publicly, in speaking out about the case of Daniel Sanchowho remains in preventive detention in Koh Samui, after confessing the alleged murder and dismemberment of the Colombian surgeon, Edwin Arrieta, in a hotel on the holiday island, in the southeast of the country. In this way, it is not surprising that the former tennis player has given his opinion regarding the latest movement of the accused’s father, Rodolfo Sancho, in relation to his son; which would also arrive after Frank Cuesta accused the actor of buying “the judge or the prosecutor” to reduce Daniel’s sentence.

It was a few days ago, it should be remembered, when Carmen Balfagón, spokesperson for Daniel Sancho’s family, assured on Telemadrid that Rodolfo would be thinking of taking legal action against Francisco Javier Cuesta Ramos -his first name-, for his latest statements. And this was the first reaction of the protagonist: «I don’t know if Rodolfo denounced me, but Normally when you have to file a complaint you file it and it’s over, you don’t go on television saying that you are going to file that complaintoh well, “It’s much better that they dismember me.”Cuesta said in lawyer Pablo Franco’s podcast. «Rodolfo Sancho and his lawyers should be worrying about other things right now and not about what people say on a channel. “Enough lives have been screwed in that family, but if they want to do it to me, we’ll go to war.”has added.

And nothing remains there. In the same space, Frank Cuesta has questioned the education that the actor would have given to Daniel Sancho to end up being tried for such events, whose sentence will be known on August 29: “My children play soccer, I have I raised my children, and this person has raised a child and dismembers me, well, I’m very sorry. They are there because a member of their family has dismembered a person, It is not known whether he killed him premeditatedly or not, but it is clear that he killed himhe has dismembered him and thrown him in the trash, so if I say in a live broadcast that they are obviously going to give him the death penalty or life imprisonment and that is not the case, it means that someone has paid the judge, the Prosecutor or someone, because obviously they are going to give him that penalty,” he points out.

Some words that have been applauded by Pablo Franco himself, who considers that Rodolfo Sancho’s biggest problem is that “he lacks street.” «He is a guy who has become famous as an actor, as far as possible, but since he did not participate in social networks, he did not get involved in things, he flew under the radar and no one messed with him (…) He believed that you could be famous without anyone messing with you.but now the opposite is happening to him, because he has completely entered the controversy and the man does not know how to react.

The Thai Prosecutor’s Office accuses Sancho of three crimes: premeditated murder, punishable in Thailand with up to the death penalty, destruction of other people’s documentation, in reference to Arrieta’s passport – a crime punishable by up to five years; and make parts of the victim’s body disappear. The sentence will be known on August 29. The process has lasted around a month, with twelve sessions and a total of 45 witnesses have testified.
