Charlie Garcia reappeared publicly and in a very emotional way: this Wednesday night, at the Faena Hotel in Buenos Aires, together with Baremberg & Mojo Jam Band, he reviewed his classics “Going from the Bed to the Living Room“, from their self-titled album, and “Close to the Revolution“, of Piano Barsurrounded by his manager and a group of fans.
Since last night, a series of videos began to circulate on social networks in which the Argentine rock legend is seen singing some lines of his songs and play the pianobacked by the basses, guitars and drums of a band and the choirs of a group of followers.
As described by Hernán Bruno Díaz, coordinator of one of the artist’s largest fan groups, García appeared at the Library Lounge at Faena Buenos Aires with his assistants to accompany his brother-in-law, Facu Iñigo, who served as DJ during the evening. The Argentine idol had not played in public since October 2022depending on the user.
The 72-year-old musician signed the contract with the Sony Music label in April of this year in his apartment in Coronel Díaz for the release of his new album, The logic of the scorpion.
Last December, music producer José Palazzo announced through his social networks that García finished shaping his long-awaited (and delayed) album: “I experienced a historic event, Charly left everything ready for his new album, everything finished, We celebrated with part of his team and I just arrived at that moment.“Palazzo detailed in the caption of a photo he uploaded to Instagram.
In the image he could be seen with his arms raised alongside García, Rosario Ortega, Guillermo Tato Vega and Matias Sznaider at the Happy Together studios.
