Julieta Prandi recalled her worst moment as a victim of gender violence: “I was trapped without documents”

The ordeal that Julieta Prandi claims to have lived during the end of his marriage with Claudio Contardithe father of Rocco and Matthewwas so chilling that the model published a fictionalized autobiography: I should be dead.

“I I was trapped at home without documentsare being able to go out,” recalled the host of Sarasa (The 100, FM 99.9).

In a talk with Fernando Dentecontinued his stark testimony: “You are one thing. That’s not love. It is an obsession, it is a disease that the other person transfers to you and you are a thing that belongs to him.”

“Until you say ‘this far’, which is what costs the most. Being able to leave, take courage and take away the power that they think they have because you have it, because you are afraid. Fear gives them that power,” he said.

“So when you take that power away from themis where they can’t believe it and that’s where you have to run away“, he explained in Al Dente Night.

“But it’s difficult and you don’t know who to ask for help,” he lamented.

PRANDI’S ADVICE TO WOMEN SUFFERING FROM FAMILY VIOLENCE

At that point, Prandi shared his experience to advise those who suffer from his drama: “If you are married, the first thing you have to do is request an exclusion from the home. Because I made the mistake of leaving and it took me a year and a half to get back into my house.”

“You present your divorce petition in court, unilaterally and the process begins. But you have to make the decision,” she continued, already empowered.

“I escaped in a remis to have that meeting with the first lawyer I had behind her back to tell her ‘get me out of here, help me,’” Julieta Prandi concluded.
