Recently, the comedian Juan Ricardo Lozano, known as ‘Alerta’, has become a trend on social networks, because after suing Caracol Televisión for unjustified dismissalrevealed that he will return to the program ‘Sábados Felices’ with certain conditions.
In an interview with the YouTube channel ‘La Red Viral’, the comedian said that he would return to the program if they assured him of more humane recording schedules, better relationships with extras and colleagues, and more understandable treatment towards the audience.
The lawsuit against Caracol Televisión originated in 2018, when Lozano reported harassment within the facilities, which according to him, led to his dismissal without justification. After the decision in his favor in the first instance, the case will advance to a second instance where it could be reconciled with the channel.

‘Sábados Felices’, an emblematic program for Colombians with 52 years on the air, has featured numerous comedians and presenters. However, controversial statements have emerged about the program. These are some of the comedians who have made explosive statements about the program.
Hernan Orjuela
Hernán Orjuela, who was host of the show for almost a decade, recalled in an interview, in 2021, with ‘Las 2 Orillas’ some negative experiences on the program.
“There were seven years in which I experienced very good things, most of them, but like everything in lifethere are little things that one says: ‘what a shame that happened’ or that should never have happened,” he assured.
Likewise, Orjuela suggested that there were cases of sexual harassment of contestants and that delegations and mayors were charged for attending and having their moment of fame. In addition, he mentioned that many new talents faced obstacles to joining the cast, which he considered unfair. Orjuela left the program in 2011 to undertake new projects.
Alvaro Lemmon
Lemmon’s departure from ‘Sábados Felices’ was announced in 2019. At that time, he thanked the program for more than 40 years of work. However, the reason for his departure made him uncomfortable, since, according to reports, he was fired for having exceeded the regulatory retirement age, at 74 years old.
The ‘Cayman Man’, who retired when he left the program, expressed that his pension was not enough to live on. It was reported that he was pursuing a legal complaint to improve the conditions of his compensation, feeling that his dismissal was unfair after more than four decades of work in the program.
Lemmon assured that he had no money and to survive he had to sell things on the street.
