The famous American singer and actor Justin Timberlake was arrested in Long Island, New York, for driving under the influence of alcoholas confirmed by local authorities.
Timberlake appeared before the Sag Harbor prosecutor’s office and, according to a statement from the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, “On June 18, 2024, he was arrested for driving while intoxicated“. Photographs captured by the press show the 43-year-old singer leaving the court wearing a cap, sunglasses, jeans and a dark shirt.
The night before, the artist had dined at The American Hotel in Sag Harbor and, when he was heading to a friend’s house, he was stopped by the Police, who took him to the police station where he spent the rest of the night. The authorities have not given more details about the arrest of the former member of NSYNCwho remains a leading figure in American music.
