“Once again, instruments mistreated by airline staff”. With that phrase written in his Instagram stories, the renowned Colombian singer, Santiago Cruzreported that his instruments were affected on his most recent flight in the middle of his tour ‘A True Acoustic Tour’.
The 48-year-old singer-songwriter again expressed his disagreement with the flight staff on his trip from Los Angeles to Miamiwhere, according to his publication on social networks, he said that “they took my guitar from my team, and sent it to the warehouse.”

A bad experience
Immediately afterwards, the coffee artist expressed that they did this “despite not having a “hard case” (the guitar)”so according to Santiago they could not send his instrument to the hold of the plane and when the flight ended He showed through a photo the final state of his guitar.
But it didn’t all end there, The Colombian singer also reported a lack of respect towards him when he boarded the flight and pointed out that these types of situations continue to happen to him regardless of the airline.
“All this accompanied by a huge lack of respect on the part of the airline staff when boarding at LAX. “This keeps repeating itself regardless of the airline.”he concluded in his publication.
Through the comments, his fans and followers supported his complaint with comments like: “I’m so sorry. Let’s hope there is a solution”, “Nooooo, and it was your favorite guitar, right?”, “What a disaster. How long will this continue to happen?”, and “Let us trust that there will be positive responses to this unfortunate situation.”
Cruz has been traveling regularly due to his tour, so he has already been to countries like Mexico, the United States and of course, Colombia.
