After more than ten years away from the spotlight and cameras, Sofia Mazagatos He has given his first interview on television. The chosen space has been Friday!the program presented by Santi Acosta and Beatriz Archidona, where he talked about her role as a model and the hard moment he faced when she lost her baby eight months pregnant.

The television presenter’s face was one of the most popular in the 90s, as it was a reference in the world of entertainment. Her beauty and charisma led her to be awarded the title of Miss Spain. However, everything changed when the model decided to dedicate herself completely to her personal life.

“I am famous because destiny, life, circumstances, led me to present myself to Miss Spain and win it. I started in the world of fashion at 15 and at 17 I was already on the front line,” she explained in the Mediaset format. “At 40 years old, my biological clock woke up and I didn’t want to miss the experience of being a mother. It was then when I decided that it was not a full stop, but a full stop,” said Tito Pajares’ partner, referring to her decision to live away from the spotlight.

“Motherhood when it comes is a wonderful madness, it is something wild. And that is a full-time job, it is something 24/7, but happy,” said the model, shortly before revealing how bad she had it with her second pregnancy. “I was always clear that if I had one daughter, I wanted there to be two. When Sofía was born and turned two years old, I got pregnant again“, the Madrid television host continued.

“My second pregnancy was hell, very complicated and difficult, but I fought until the end… But it could not be. At eight months pregnant, I gave birth to my baby, my daughter, but her heart was no longer beating,” she said, hinting that this situation devastated her. “The months go by, but you realize that perinatal grief is very complicated. You get angry at the world and you get angry at life. I got angry with God and lost faith, only women who have been through it know that. “It is without a doubt the worst moment of my life,” said the Madrid television host.

“It is a somewhat difficult situation because I live in the present, but without wanting to, you go to that moment,” he expressed, with tears in his eyes. “I didn’t want to be left with that pain in my soul and I fought to get pregnant again, but we couldn’t. And so eight attempts passed until the miracle finally arrived.. And that miracle is called Amanda,” explained Sofía Mazagatos, who became pregnant again at the age of 48. “Sometimes things are not easy, but you have to fight for what you want. Now yes, I have the family I have always dreamed of”, he has settled.
