The footballer and the model will settle with their five children on Jumeirah Bay Island, the Dubai paradise known for hosting only millionaires. The athlete will play for several seasons for the Al-Nassr Footbal Club team, in Saudi Arabia, and therefore in December his life will begin in a new mansion valued at 25 million euros.
The construction of the home, which is not yet habitable, is being carried out by the Palace Luxury Living group, which is responsible for the construction of the homes of some of the most influential people in the United Arab Emirates. It is only eight kilometers from the city center and it is very close to the coast, which is accessed by a 300-meter bridge.
The island where Georgina and Cristiano will live has, for the moment, 15 mansions. Teddy Saggi, the daughter of the former Angolan president, José Eduardo Santos, lives in one of them. Next year the number of properties is expected to double.
However, beyond cases, the island has a private yacht club, a beach club, gyms, gourmet restaurants and five-star hotels. It was built artificially, as was the case with The Palm Jumeirah and Palma Jabel Ali.
The striker acquired land on this unique island in 2023 and, as can be seen on the construction company’s website, this mansion could have very similar characteristics to the rest of the mansions shown on the website.
The houses are built with top quality materials and, taking into account the high temperatures of Saudi Arabia, they have indoor and outdoor pools.
