According to international media and journalist Omar Suárez, one of the biggest drawbacks that the singer has is that the property would have defects in its construction. In fact, Suárez commented that the mansion went through several “outside the code” repairs and the bathrooms were left below the water level. “Over the years, the water level has risen and for many years now every time there is heavy rain in Miami, all the sewage ends up in Shakira’s house.“said the journalist.
Sources close to the Barranquilla have said that due to the poor remodeling, the mansion also has bad odors, because the bathrooms are built below sea level. Likewise, the source stated that Shakira’s work team would be having problems selling the property.
