The former beauty queen is part of a popular gastronomic TV showwhere he shows his talent in the kitchen, and in the middle of a conversation with the jury, it was inevitable for him to talk about his past love.
When presenting the dish she named My First Evening of Love, the now presenter told the story behind its name, as is normal in the presentation of dishes: “When I was 20 years old I met a person who I had in my life for almost 8 years, let’s say he was my first great love,” he explained.

Alicia also revealed that that secret love was 20 years older than her, and he “fell madly in love” of a “wonderful boyfriend” at her young age.
Alicia prepared that dish for him, based on a pasta, in order to surprise him, “He told me he was going and that day I went crazy.” One of the judges consulted him “Can you know the name of that character, singer, actor? What was it?”, although Machado did not want to say his name, he ended up bringing it to light.
