Verónica Lozano revealed the lesson that the chairlift accident left her – La Brújula 24

In the streaming La Casa, the model Zaira Nara inaugurated a new series of interviews with which she visits the homes of famous women and shares with them the intimacy of her life. This time, she arrived with “Zaira a tu casa” at Vero Lozano’s, the former model and also a psychologist who succeeds as a host on Telefé.

Although he remembered the death of his mother as the first most difficult moment he had to live through, the news of which he received by telephone while he was traveling through Japan, fulfilling commitments as a model, at the age of 23, the other episode that marked his life is the accident he suffered in Aspen, when he fell from the air chair in which he was traveling to a ski area.

“Yes, I was afraid of staying like this and never walking again. It was the first thing I thought when I fell. I said: ‘I was paralyzed,’ “she confessed to Zaira, who asked her, “Did you feel a lot of pain?”, to which Lozano responded: “Not at the moment, because you have a lot of adrenaline. It’s survival. When something terrible is about to happen to you, the movie of your life passes by, it’s like you cling to memories and you are pure energy. At least that’s what happened to me, I felt like the lion wanted to eat me and I didn’t want it to get to me,” she said.

The driver thought that she would not be able to walk again. But she found a way to draw positive learning from what happened. “What I rescue is the attitude I took towards that and that we all have the possibility of doing it. It’s how things happen and you choose how you approach them. I can’t change what happened to me. You can’t change that, but I can say how I face what’s coming,” she reflected.

“It seems to me that that is the big key. That one always has the possibility of choosing and also of changing. It’s the same job. At the time I thought and said: surely I’m going to stay for the ort… I got depressed too. I say it’s not that everything is always positive, but it can be done,” she said.
