Daniel Duffield, 24 years old, the paramedic and star of the show 999: On The Front Lineand his girlfriend, Lauren Evans, 22, were found dead. His bodies were discovered in a house in Hednesford, in the United Kingdom, reported TheIndependent. Daniel’s colleagues found them dead. The case is being investigated by the authorities.
Daniel’s sister, Chelsea Louise, shared an emotional message on Facebook after learning of the tragedy. “I am so distraught, you are gone, I will never come to terms with the fact that you are no longer here. You were such a bright soul, always helping other people, making them smile,” she wrote. “You will always be in my heart, you were the best brother I could have asked for,” she added.
Daniel’s family members revealed that he was struggling with his mental health. Her friend Jasmine Steed express on social media: “I know you were going through a tough time, but you always seemed to have it under control. You seemed happy, even though you weren’t… Dan, you saved so many lives as a paramedic and as a friend, I’m so sorry we couldn’t save yours,” he lamented.
