As for the symptoms of stress, it can be translated into “visual problems, bruxism, back pain, neck pain, jaw pain, jaw dislocation, spasms, tics, cramps, overweight, tachycardia, heart attacks, thyroid problems, gastritis, reflux and constipation,” Jaramillo stressed.

This symptomatology results because “stress has a response, It stimulates the part of the neurological system that interconnects the entire body with each other. That’s why the answers are so varied, from something as everyday as having a headache to something as difficult as having cancer or having an autoimmune disease,” the writer also pointed out.

Jaramillo concluded that his book is an open letter so that all people can learn more about stress and give it the importance it deserves.

“I want you to realize that this is real, I want to explain to you what the mechanisms are that lead to this. But I also want to show you that there is a way. But, at the end of the day, the only one who designs the path is you,” said the doctor about his book.
