In its first version, it is a district event that arises within the framework of Bogotá Despierta and that calls on lovers of fitness and musical group classes to participate in 4 hours of fun, well-being and healthy competition, which challenge their physical and mental capabilities. , around Functional Training, Rumba Fitness, Dance Fitness and Aerobeat sessions.

CATEGORIES:

Essential: category aimed at all people who have OCCASIONALLY participated in sessions and/or events of musicalized group classes; Currently, he does not work within the Fitness area as an instructor or coach of musical group sessions.

Intermediate: category aimed at all people who have FREQUENTLY participated in sessions and/or events of group classes set to music as USERS; Currently, he does not work within the Fitness area as an instructor or coach of musical group sessions.

Advanced: category aimed at all people who have EXPERIENCE in the development and execution of musicalized group classes. Participants who have taken part in past events and competitions of this line of Fitness and who have won in them. Musicalized Fitness Instructors, professionals and Coaches who are NOT currently linked to the IDRD.

REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:

The registration process will be carried out from the week of June 24 to 30, 2024, through the official IDRD website and citizen portal or while supplies last.

Maximum capacity for 1000 people, while supplies last, distributed by categories.

In the event that the places are not filled, the registration date will be extended.

Important: On the day of the event, there will be no registration processes and only those who previously registered through the official platform will be able to enter the participation stage.

On the day of the event, participants must:

  1. Show up in sportswear
  2. Bring hydration and identification document.
  3. Bring a printed and signed informed consent, which can be download here and must be delivered to the organization to receive the Participation Kit.
  4. Having consumed some type of food 1 hour before, keeping in mind that the activities to be carried out generate great physical effort.

Remember:

  1. Companions may only enter the stands and remain in this same space during the event.
  2. Entry to the judging or competition area is not authorized before, during or after the event.
  3. Pets and/or food are not allowed into the event.
  4. Entry is not allowed to people in a state of intoxication or psychoactive substances.
  5. Participants and/or companions are responsible for their items before, during and after the event.
