This weekend, put into practice a craft that you like and that really gives meaning to your different spaces at home. For example, this idea that we left you in the note, in which you are going to use very few elements, but which you are going to turn into a divine and sophisticated lamp holder. You are going to fall in love with this object and you will not stop doing it, it is even perfect for a gift. The protagonists are going to be jars of jam.
I followed the step by step
The first thing you are going to do is search your house for all the jars that you have empty ones and perhaps you were already thinking about throwing them away. You are going to clean them well and remove all the labels. You are going to divide these jars into two to work with: on one side, the glass part, and on the other, the lid. First, you are going to remove the lid and make several small holes.
As we show you in the images, you can help yourself with a nail and screwdriver or a hammer to apply force.
You are going to remove that marked part of the cover and the next step will be to connect the cable with a switch to put the light on and make your lamp holder work.
In that hole you created in the cover, you are going to insert the cable with the switch.
Once you connect the bulb, you’re going to start working on decorating your lamp holder. In this case, we recommend using a rope to give it a more rustic vibe.
Once you finish placing all the rope or jute cord in that support, you are going to do the same but in the glass jar.
As we show you in the last image, the entire lamp holder is beautiful and very neat, so that when you can join the two parts of your new decorative object, it combines perfectly. You can place it in a living room or study room, or it can be used as a gift.
