The little margin of time that existed between the premieres of the April 26 and those who arrived on May 1, welcoming the bridge (for those who had it), has led to a certain accumulation of desirable titles on the billboards. For all this, the situation demands going to the cinema more than once, but still returning to the streaming we get the familiar surprise that there are even more releases in its midst, scattered throughout Netflix, HBO Max and Amazon Prime Video.
The Wages of Fear (Netflix)
These premieres also deserve a chance, and some are as peculiar as this one remake from the classic of the same name HG Clouzot. Hacks narrates the adventures of a veteran comedian and her assistant, a young writer (played respectively by Jean Smart and Hannah Einbinder), while they reflect on generational ups and downs from an acid sense of humor, which precedes this sophisticated comedy.
Nine Perfect Strangers (Amazon Prime Video)
It also recently arrived on Netflix All a manseries starring Jeff Daniels and developed by David E. Kelley. It is also highly recommended, but we suggest you go back in Kelley’s career and review this choral series headed by Nicole Kidman. Based, as was the case with its previous hit Big Little Liesin a very clever novel by the most ingenious Liane Moriarty.
Wall to wall (Netflix)
Finally, you may have heard some condescending talk about a romantic comedy that Aitana and Fernando Guallar star on Netflix. If you can get past the pejorative comments, you might just come across some very enjoyable and charming entertainment. Or, if not, you might as well have a laugh too.
