In a press release, HBO executive vice president of programming Nina Rosenstein praised Lady Gaga as “a once-in-a-lifetime artist” and highlighted her show as a testament to her vast array of talents. “We are delighted to partner with her once again for this impressive special concert,” she stressed.
Additionally, the pop star is credited in the film for playing producer, director and creator, which could make her eligible to win an Emmy Award during next year’s ceremony. Executive producers of the special include Bobby Campbell, Arthur Fogel, John Janickand Steve Berman.
