According to the gastronomy magazine Good tastethe restaurant in question is located in the Atlantis shopping center in Zona T of the Colombian capital. There, visitors occupy round tables with eight seats in which they interact with a woman’s voice that is reproduced in the place, which has its own name: Eva. The scripts for this character, as well as the graphics that are projected and the sounds that surround the diners, were created with AI.

In fact, according to Jairo Palacios Ospina, founder, CEO and creative chef of the Seratta Group, the same menu, in part, was developed with GPT chat. One of the recipes included in the restaurant’s menu was born from artificial intelligence and the chefs adapted it to be able to serve it to visitors. Likewise, he indicated that this business idea seeks to go beyond providing a food service for citizens.
