JOSE ANTONIO ACUÑA ROMERO, identified with citizenship card No.7.165.573 of Tunja, of civil status, de facto marital union, domiciled and residing in the city of Tunja, have requested to advance the process for the CONSTITUTION OF FAMILY ASSETS, with the formalities provided for by Law 962 of 2005 and Regulatory Decree 2817 of 2006 and article 3 of Law 495 of 1999 and circular 4253 of 09/22/2017, of the SUPERINENDENCE OF NOTARY AND REGISTRATION, in your favor on the following property: Lot of land located in the municipality of Tunja, DEPARTMENT OF BOYACÁ, identified with registration number No.070-112687 of the Office of Public Records and Instruments of Tunja and cadastral code 0102000010410017000000000, consequently, the people who believe themselves with the right to intervene, within fifteen (15) ) days following the publication of this edict, opposition to the aforementioned Constitution of Family Heritage is presented, for which publication is ordered once within the previous term, in a newspaper that has wide circulation in the locality (EL TIEMPO, EL SPECTADOR, LA REPUBLIC, EL NUEVO CENTURY, AMONG OTHERS), as provided by article 5 of Decree 2817 of 2006; also ordering its posting in a visible place in the Notary’s Office for a period of fifteen (15) days.
