The Boyacá Police call on the community to collaborate in the identification and capture of four individuals identified for their alleged participation in cases of homicide and theft from commercial establishments.
Gachantivá, Ráquira, Sogamoso, Nobsa and Tibasosa are the municipalities where these men committed crimes that affected the families of their victims and shocked the community of each of these towns.
According to the Boyacá Police Command, the criminal acts linked to these individuals were recorded between August 2022 and April 2023.
The poster delivered by the authorities highlights the name of José Jainover Saavedra Basallo, who must face charges for the murder with a firearm of a person in the Firita Peña Arriba village of the municipality of Ráquira, which occurred on August 15, 2022.
Likewise, Ricardo Ávila is being sought, accused of perpetrating three homicides in the Minas village of the municipality of Gachantivá on February 27, 2023.
It is noted that, at the time of the massacre, Ávila arrived hooded in a red Toyota truck to Luz Marina Peña’s home, where they shot repeatedly at the people present. After the incident, the attackers tried to flee, being intercepted by the Police in the La Laguna sector. During the confrontation, two agents were injured and one of the criminals was arrested, while Ávila managed to escape.
Likewise, Luis Ángel Preciado Torres, known by the alias ‘Chiqui Praim’, is wanted by the authorities, who is wanted for his alleged participation in the homicide with a firearm of a person in the Universitario neighborhood of Sogamoso, on the 15th. April 2023.
And completing the list of the most wanted in the department of Boyacá Matuzalén Noé Paz González, who was a member of the organized common crime group called the ‘Secos’ and which was dismantled in 2023. This subject is wanted for the crime of theft from commerce in the municipalities of Nobsa and Tibasosa.
