The authorities of the District of Riohacha are on the trail of the people who carried out an obscene act on one of the benches in the city’s Almirante José Prudencio Padilla park. The event was recorded on video and has generated great indignation among the community.
The inhabitants of the center of Riohacha have expressed their repudiation of the behavior of the couple, who took advantage of one of the benches in this public space to carry out sexual activity. The video of the event has circulated on social networks and has generated criticism and demands for justice.
The director of security and citizen coexistence of the District of Riohacha, Norbet de La Rosa, stated that investigations are being carried out to identify those responsible, who could be sanctioned for their actions in accordance with the provisions of Law 1801 of 2016 (Code National Police).
De La Rosa pointed out that the authorities are aware of the unrest that this event has generated in the Riohachero community. “We hope to find these people so that they are punished for their actions under the regulations,” he said.
Likewise, it was learned that both the video and its origin are the subject of investigation and to the extent possible they will be providing the necessary results to provide peace of mind to the citizens and be able to restore healthy coexistence in the center of the city of Riohacha.
