Shocking details revealed by the Prosecutor’s Office

The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) announced that the arrest warrant against Claudia “N” was complied with, who last week was detained in flagrante delicto by elements of the State Civil Guard (GCE) for allegedly having done firearm shots against a group of children who knocked on her door after a ball “flew” onto the woman’s property.

According to information from the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC), it was elements of the GCE who arrived at the scene and detained the woman after being alerted by a group of neighbors on Aztlán Street in the Colony Returns from the capital of Potosí.

The witnesses reported that Claudia “N” left her home and carried out detonations pointing at the feet of minors.

When the elements went to the aforementioned address, the woman left again with the firearm in her hand, so they immediately acted to take it away from her.

The weapon was a 40 caliber pistol, with magazine supplied with 14 useful cartridges; The alleged perpetrator was placed at the disposal of the FGE.

After the 144 hours that the law contemplates as a duplicity of the term to make an arrest legal, Claudia “N” was notified of her arrest not only because of the carrying a firearm, but dangerous attack against minors, so now the case is in the hands of the Judiciary.
