From Monday you can pay through Easy Payment or in the BPN by downloading the receipt from the virtual office.
The Social Security Institute of Neuquén ISSN will offer more options for the payment of coinsurance starting Monday. Affiliates will be able to enter the Institute’s website with their document number, at the virtual window, download a receipt to pay in Easy Payment or in the BPN, or scan a barcode on the same receipt and pay it with Mercado Pago.
The ISSN administrator, Daniel Daglio, recalled that “coinsurance is a payment made by affiliates, whose objective is to reduce the consumption of benefits and does not have a strong collection objective.” He added that its implementation in social security dates back to before the existence of the Institute.
“When we started a campaign in February so that there are no more medical plus charges, that is, undue extra charges, what we thought was that at the time of the consultation or practice, the member would not have to pay anything. And I paid the corresponding coinsurance after the practice was completed,” Daglio recalled.
Currently, the member pays a 20% coinsurance in outpatient practices, while in hospitalization they have access to 100% coinsurance coverage.
In cases where the member is not able to pay the coinsurance, he or she can attend the delegation and make a contract to be able to pay it in interest-free installments.
Bond
Daglio confirmed that retired teachers will collect the bonus on April 26 as agreed in decree 353/24 in union negotiations. “It is a right that all retirees have and the governor wants to comply with them in a timely manner,” he indicated.
