Immediately, a Quick Reaction Unit – URR was deployed, which located the vessel, approximately 22 kilometers west of Santa Marta, with five crew members on board, who stated that they were in good health and were grateful for the prompt response in attending to the situation. emergency presented.
At the end of the routine inspection and verification procedures of the vessel, it was taken along with its crew to the Santa Marta International Navy dock, where they were out of danger and at the disposal of Colombian Migration officials.
