The Mayor’s Office of Bogotá and the Atenea Agency They recently launched the program Young people to the E which grants scholarships for higher education and for work that are 100% financed by the District.

  • They will have 15% in cumulative points for population groups such as: people with disabilities, women, women with children, veterans of the public force injured in combat under 28 years of age, victims of the armed conflict or belonging to an ethnic group.
