The Mayor’s Office of Bogotá and the Atenea Agency They recently launched the program Young people to the E which grants scholarships for higher education and for work that are 100% financed by the District.

This call is will prioritize economic vulnerability and academic merit.

• 40% of the total score for young people with the greatest economic vulnerability classified by the Sisbén groups.
• 40% to those who have the best results in the Saber 11 tests or ICFES tests.
• They will have 15% in cumulative points for population groups such as: people with disabilities, women, women with children, veterans of the public force injured in combat under 28 years of age, victims of the armed conflict or belonging to an ethnic group.
