Colonel William Javier Lara Avendaño, commander of the Huila Police Department, indicated that “in the last few hours the capture of Fabian Esteban Vargas, Iván Darío Vargas, Carlos Vargas, Esteban Vargas, Jhon Fernando Argote and Davinson Gómez, “allegedly responsible for the kidnapping of the 20-year-old young man.”
