Buying and selling groups have become all the rage in recent times, mainly after the pandemic. There is a virtual contact between buyer and seller and in a few hours the purchase or sale of a product is finalized. You can get household items, technological elements or new and used clothing, and now also narcotics.
What is striking is that through Telegram messaging, several users were recently seen offering “krippy” for sale with delivery included, according to many of them. Prices are varied, but most exceed $1000 per gram. In addition to “krippy”, marijuana, LCD, ecstasy and cocaine can be found on the messaging network.
From the APP, you can access these types of drugs relatively easily. Once inside the application, when entering at the bottom left, the person will find contacts, and they will be offered the option “people nearby”. There the phone will ask you to authorize its location. A screen will open with people who are nearby. At first, people will be shown, then groups; and that is where different people offer drugs in Salta. The groups are public, they have no restrictions and the social network does not regulate the sale of this type of products.
A user noted that she came across messages “The best Krippy has arrived, money in hand, money in hand”. He assured “I am not in those groups and the messages are open, that is, anyone can see them without being members of the sales groups.”
“The flowers are the ones that are harvested at home, as they take them out of the ground they give them to you, that’s why they are more expensive, the gram is like 3,000 or 3,500 pesos, then there is the ‘krippy’ that has a process because they are the altered flowers and then the pressing, which is a mixture of everything,” said messaging users. It should be noted that in most groups, sellers have been offering narcotics for some time according to the history of the different groups on Telegram.
Some of the groups range from 40 to more than 900 members. From the police they assured “if we detect this type of sale through networks we intervene immediately.”
What is “krippy” marijuana?
The “cripy” or “krippy” has a component called Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) that is quintupled in the ‘cripy’ compared to the content of regular marijuana after being altered by the producers.
