Businessman Darío Turletti will be appointed this Tuesday as the new president of the Chaco Stock Exchange, representing the only List presented for the renewal of authorities of the stock exchange entity.
The Stock Exchange will hold its Ordinary General Assembly this Tuesday, a significant event in the institutional calendar where the annual financial statements are approved, and the partial renewal of its board of directors is carried out.
On this occasion, new positions will be elected for the board of directors, including president, 5 regular members, 4 substitute members and 2 trustees (regular and alternate). It is important to highlight that a single list called “Renewal and Management” has been presented for the renewal of the board of directors of the Chaco Stock Exchange. This list is made up of the following members:
President: Mr. Dario Turletti
Regular Members: Alejandro Salgado, Lobera Pacin José Francisco, Khayat Ricardo, Acosta Maidana Carla, Gabardini Eduardo.
Substitute Members: Sebastián Tenerani, Mariano Petray Schewesig, Roberto Jandik, Omar Alberto.
Principal Trustee: Gustavo Ramón Zini
Alternate Trustee: Jorge Luis Domínguez
Having expired the deadline for challenges and there being no objection to the “Renewal and Management” list, the process will continue in the Assembly. In this sense, it will not be necessary to hold an electoral act, and the list presented to integrate the new Board of Directors will be proposed to the Assembly.
