Florida, April 29.- The leadership of the labor movement in Florida calls on workers to participate in the rally on May 1, International Day of the Proletariat, from seven in the morning in El Bosque of the Ñico López recreational complex.
Denia Tamara Carlos Ramírez, general secretary of the Cuban Workers’ Central in the town, also invites the people to attend the cultural political gala to be held this April 29 in areas of the Boulevard, starting at nine at night, to recognize outstanding centers and organizations throughout the year.
As a sign of the actions carried out in the territory in salute to the proletarian anniversary, this Sunday productive work was carried out in the Mártires de Florida Basic Cooperative Production Unit (UBPC) with the participation of workers affiliated with the Public Administration Union .
With the motto For Cuba, Together We Create, Floridians will gather this May 1st in El Bosque, to denounce, once again, the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States and ratify support for the revolution and commitment to the social project that is being built in the country.
