WARNING
The Government of Guaviare reports that according to the Certificate of Citizenship Card consulted on the website of the National Registry of Civil Status, No. 501,778 is CANCELED DUE TO DEATH, corresponding in life to Mr. GERARDO ANTONIO GALEANO ESCOBAR, who enjoyed a retirement pension recognized by the Commissar Social Security Fund, according to resolution No. 640 of October 15, 1986, Pension obligation assumed by the Department of Guaviare, through Decree No. 331 of 2018, which regulates the Territorial Pension Fund
Persons who believe they have the Right to claim Pension Replacement may assert it before this Office, within a period of fifteen (15) days following the publication of this Notice in accordance with the respective regulations.
The above in accordance with the provisions of Arts. 4th and 5th of Law 44 of 1980 and Art. 33 of Decree 758 of 1990.
