The Antofagasta Homicide Brigade, together with the ECOH Team of the Prosecutor’s Office, went to the Regional Hospital of this city to begin the proceedings for a double Frustrated Homicide with a firearm of two brothers aged 19 and 27 that occurred yesterday morning in the northern sector of the city.
According to the first investigations, the incident would have occurred on the public road where both victims were, a place where the officers went to carry out the work at the scene that would allow us to know the dynamics of the events that occurred.
The victims were transported by third parties to the Regional Hospital where they were diagnosed with serious injuries, although they were life-threatening. The officers traveled to said medical center to carry out investigative procedures.
According to the head of the Homicide Brigade, subprefect Luis Galaz Valdenegro, at the scene of the event, evidence of interest for the investigation was collected, which will be subjected to expert analysis by the Antofagasta Regional Criminalistics Laboratory.
So far there are no arrests.
