The Misiones Gamer Gaming Sport Cup tournament will combine FIFA with 5-a-side soccer competitions. It will take place on Saturday, May 4, at the Don Justo de Posadas sports complex. It will also include an entrepreneur fair. Open enrollment.

On Saturday, May 4 at the Don Justo sports complex, Misiones Gamer will hold a youth party for the whole family. It involves physical soccer on fields of teams of five, FIFA video game tournament, entrepreneur fair, live streaming, prizes and raffles. It will be from 3:30 p.m., with prior registration and free access. In case of bad weather, the date will be rescheduled.

The event location is located at Los Girasoles 11406, in the Itaembé Guazú neighborhood of Posadas. Gaming Sport Cup seeks to unite the best of soccer from physical and gamer sports. Also, with the participation of the General Directorate of Local Development of the municipality, it will have marketing stands where local entrepreneurs will exhibit a variety of products, thus promoting local economic development.

Gamer Missions promotes sports disciplines

The event promises to promote competition, fun, and opportunities to connect the gaming community with sports and missionary endeavors, articulating the public and private sectors. It will be the first edition of several that will link different sports disciplines.

“We hope the weather is with us, but if the rains continue we will reschedule it with an announcement on our social networks. The intention is also to be able to broadcast five-a-side football and FIFA matches, we have a caster available who will narrate the games for more excitement among the participants,” clarified Agustín Vinuesa, coordinator of Misiones Gamer.

In this sense, Martín Lucero, representative of Misiones Gamer, expressed his joy at putting one more event on the agenda for young people. “We are happy for the number of kids who excel in each meeting, also for the route of the gamer trailer, the fixed venues in Oberá and Aristóbulo del Valle that were approved. “It’s all thanks to the public that attends, and to the Electronic Sports law that we have in Misiones, which allows us to promote the industry.”
