This agreement not only represents a vote of confidence in the District Administration, but will allow Emcali to continue promoting its strategy for the financial recovery of a company that belongs to the people of Cali, strengthen future aqueduct and sewage projects and increase its operational efficiency.

“This agreement with the National Government and thanks to the management of Mayor Alejandro Eder, represents a great achievement to recover the public company of the people of Cali. It will allow us to free up the necessary resources to advance important investments in the company’s three strategic business units. In parallel, we continue working on the structuring of projects that will be funded with the resources already paid to the Nation,” highlighted general manager Roger Mina.

With this news, Emcali’s objective of consolidating itself as the most important public services company in the country is reaffirmed, aligned with the highest international standards projected by Mayor Alejandro Eder and General Manager Roger Mina.
