“We are more than 50 associations affected by the negligence of Air, who ignores the importance of our work in the prevention and conservation of public health. They added that this situation puts their livelihood at risk. “The jobs that are generated in this sector, well, a situation that has us on the verge of poverty.”
The complaint is signed by Carlos Jaramillo, spokesperson for the Alliance for Recycling; Kelly Prada, legal representative of Asociación Devolver; Luis Echeverry, legal representative of Agrucol and Kepler Hernández, legal representative of Asounionmag.
Air-e defends itself
The company also indicated that “it is unaware of the contractual relationship that the parties have with the entity in question (Interaseo).”

Likewise, he indicated that “consequently, if any entity has debts with them (Interaseo) they must go to the instances that the law and regulations regulate to enforce their obligations. In the case of Interaseo, resources have been allocated for more than 270 one billion pesos.”
Last February, Air-e claimed that Interaseo owed it more than $80 billion pesos, as a result of errors in which energy resources were reported as if they were toilet resources.
“It cannot be said that we have a certain debt with Interaseo, on the contrary, we are the ones who are claiming a debt from Interaseo,” said Air-e Legal Affairs Manager, Fermín De La Hoz.
