On April 21, a terrible case of animal abuse occurred that generated commotion in the 370 Alto Comedero Homes. A dog named Balton, of the Shar Pei breed and less than a year old, was found dead with obvious signs of mutilation, including an ax blow to the head and a cut on one of his paws.
In this regard, Andrea Szecsi from the Animal Law Institute, spoke with Channel 4 and told how the investigation continues: “The reports indicate that he was first hanged before the machete attack, which shows a terrible degree of cruelty. Surely the person to be established will be charged until Monday. “People are providing information and we ask everyone to continue contributing so we can charge and find out who committed this crime.”

They search for the murderer
“We are facing a worrying fact, facing a situation of real danger for many residents of the place, without a doubt,” he said and added that “the contribution of all the people and the cameras is extremely important. There are two or three places that have cameras in the place that has already been inspected.
It is said that “they saw a person prowling the area. The contribution of the entire community will be very important to be able to find the person who committed such an act of cruelty,” he added. The lawyer also indicated that the complaint is filed in the 46th Police Station.
Animal abuse: The sadness of Balton’s owner
Eduardo Gaspar, the dog’s owner, recounted the tragic situation: “On Saturday he went out for a little while because I received merchandise and when I looked for it I couldn’t find it. I started sending messages to everyone. It was a Shar Pei less than a year old, very good. The neighbors helped me find it. We took great care of him. The dog played with the people here. His name was Balton and they called him an accordion or wrinkled dog.
“On Sunday they came to tell me that they had found him dead in the area’s ditch. We went and saw that he had cuts on his head and his legs.“he explained.
