This is Vallery Hazay Anacona Marin, 15 years old, who was the second victim of the traffic accident that occurred when he was traveling on a motorcycle last Thursday night on the ring road of this municipality.

In the event, unfortunately, the young man, Yonier Caldón, died while Vallery was transferred to the San Antonio Departmental Hospital and due to her delicate condition she was referred to the Uros clinic in the capital of Huila.

Her family reports that the minor urgently requires surgery to avoid losing one of her lower limbs, but they report that the healthcare center is putting “obstacles” in authorizing her.

That is why they are calling on the entities in charge to help them with this unfortunate case.

Statements from Vallery Hazay Anacona’s sister

“She was the one who was driving, who was of legal age,” “they don’t want to let us change that version,” says Thania Alexandra Anacona Marin, sister of Vallery Hazay Anacona Marin, affected after the traffic accident this Thursday on Avenida Encircle.

To the above, she adds that “Here at the hospital they did not want to let her leave because of a piece of paper. She had to pay for that piece of paper so that they could send her to Neiva. They sent her to Neiva. They told us that we had 8 hours to perform surgery, to be able to recover that leg, otherwise they have to amputate it.

“This is the time in which they have not treated her, they are doing the same procedures that they did here in Pitalito. They are only giving her things for the pain, things that are of no use to her. Her foot “He’s turning purple, he’s dying. We don’t know what to do.”

“They don’t allow us a document or something so we can change the version (…).” Regarding the version that INTRA pointed out about Pitalito in the Hospital, it indicates that “She was the only one who was left alive in the accident. They said that she was driving, that she was of legal age; she is 15 years old. They don’t want to let us change that version so that they can attend to it.

The relatives of the deceased young man have not communicated with the family of the young woman who is in a clinic in Neiva in order to fully clarify the events that occurred.
