Members of the Agricultural Experimental Station (EEA) of Inta in the city of Quimilí recently held a meeting with the coordinator of the National Forestry Program of Inta, Dr. Pablo Peri, with Eng. Ftal. Hernán Hernández, coordinator of the Inta Forest Management with Integrated Livestock (MBGI) project, who were accompanied by the research coordinator of Inta EEA Santiago del Estero, Forestry Engineer Guillermo Merletti.

The lines of action of the Experimental Station in the territory were presented, the articulated work carried out with the technicians of Inta Santiago del Estero and also with the different institutions of the sector was highlighted.

The different tests being carried out in the experimental field and the activities that will be carried out in the medium term were presented. The coordinators presented their current and future lines of work within the program and projects.

As a result of the meeting, it was agreed to jointly strengthen MBGI activities in the territory, and continue with the generation of information that is very useful for producers in the region.

Access to water

On the other hand, it was highlighted that access to water for productive and domestic use for the Vilela Tres Leones indigenous community, located in the Mariano Moreno department, advances with the commitment and work of the neighbors themselves and the Municipal Commission of Libertad.
