The Central Center was the setting selected for the inhabitants of the Guacirco district to witness an afternoon full of culture and traditions, with the performances of the candidates for the Popular Reign of Bambuco and Heirs of Tradition.

At 4:00 pm the Sampedrina round began in which the musical band La Sanjuanera made the attendees vibrate with songs such as El Barcino, Los Potros and Matachín, and then welcomed them.

To the rhythm of the Sanjuanero Huilense, locals and visitors lived the traditions of the department of Huila through this Sampedrina round with which the candidates who sought to represent the township, amazed the public with their interpretations.

“We finished the seventh round from the town of Guacirco, the municipal Culture Secretariat wants to thank the community that has joined in with great enthusiasm, today there are more than 7,000 people who have accompanied us on the different folkloric stages that we have developed so far in the city,” said Tania Beatriz Peñafiel, Secretary of Culture.
