There are several calls that have been made to stop the reforms in the face of accusations against the heads of the Legislature, which remain to be proven, since The evidence of the accusations is not known Sneyder Pinilla, former deputy director of the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management (UNGRD), who accuses the congressmen.
