Castro Molano is from San Martín – Meta, he studied Business Administration at Unisangil. He has a Master’s degree in Public Policies and Development from the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga. He studied Senior Management and Solidarity Economy at the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia / Montería headquarters.
She has been General Manager at Consener SAS, Manager at Inversiones el Alcaraván, worked at the Casanare Chamber of Commerce as Coordinator of social innovation programs and promotion of local commerce, and also as Business Advisor at the Amanecer Foundation.
