This Monday they sentenced Máximo Yair Sosa for a case of theft in a commercial premises located in the Rivadavia department. The incident took place on March 11, around 11:00 p.m., in the business called “New Stap”located in the streets Fine Arts and Coratina.

According to police reports, Sosa stole a black Samsung cell phone, model J7 Neo, owned by Camila Robledo. It is important to note that the theft was carried out without the use of violence or force, since the device was on a table in the establishment.

After an exhaustive investigation and analysis of the premises’ security cameras, the authorities managed to identify Máximo Yair Sosa as the person responsible for the crime.

It has been learned that the individual already had a conviction record for crimes against property. Therefore, in an agreement established with the public defense, represented by Dr. Emilia Nielson, a single sentence of 2 years and 4 months of effective imprisonment, to be served in the Provincial Penitentiary Service, has been decided in an abbreviated trial.
