The Director of Culture and Tourism of the Department of Casanare Estefania Antolinez, stated that there are no delays in payments to the instructors hired through the royalties project started last year and was surprised at some demonstrations that have been generated in the houses of the municipal culture and the media.
Antolinez assured that, to date, most of the reports have been processed, and only eight are awaiting corrections. “The instructors who have submitted their reports have been paid or are in the process of doing so. This shows that there are no delays in payments,” he said.
The Director insisted that it is curious that the claims arise despite efforts to expedite some cases, such as that of an instructor who received priority treatment due to special family circumstances, allowing her to advance before 32 other pending reports.
When referring to the infrastructure of cultural institutions, such as the Departmental House of Culture and the Departmental Public Library, he said that reviews of the state of the infrastructure are already being carried out to plan future interventions. “We are aware of the needs and we are working to solve the infrastructure problems that mainly affect the children participating in our cultural and artistic training programs,” said Antolinez.
