The division that has been generated between the soccer clubs puts obstacles in the election of the new Board of Directors of the Guaviare Soccer League held on April 30, with the participation of nine clubs affiliated to the league and convened by the INDERG.
Given this situation, the director of the Guaviare Sports and Recreation Institute (INDERG), Jefferson Gómez, expressed the position of the Institute in the face of the controversy that arose from the statement of another group of clubs and leaders who oppose the legality of the election of the Board. board of directors of the Guaviare soccer league made on April 30 and once the effects of the process had taken place, it left Professor Leonardo Sastoque as president.
On the other hand, the director stated that on behalf of the other group of clubs, through the Guaviare Football League Provisional Committee, he called an extraordinary assembly of clubs affiliated with the Guaviare football league for the election of dignitaries, which he attended and met. It was confirmed that the call was made to 12 clubs, of which only 5 attended and four were represented by representatives, only one was represented by its president Jorge Hernández, which was the Guaviare Beach Soccer Deportivo Club.
The director of INDERG has said that the word to define according to the administrative and legal procedures to certify the election of the directors of the Guaviare Football League, is directly the Ministry of Sports. For now we have to wait for this pronouncement.
